I’m Dodi Pritchett, certified K-12 teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), and faith-filled coach dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities through evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach. With over a decade of experience in behavior analysis, special education, and teacher leadership, I bring a collaborative and compassionate approach to fostering meaningful, positive change.

As the founder of the Hawaiʻi Institute of Innovation, my mission is to blend science and creativity to inspire growth and learning. I specialize in personalized consultation services for schools, families, and individuals, helping to create tailored strategies that foster success and inclusivity. I also deliver engaging public speaking and training sessions, equipping professionals and communities with practical tools and insights.

Alongside my work in behavior analysis, I offer Freedom From Self-Sabotage coaching, a transformative service designed to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs and step into their God-given potential. I am passionate about mentoring future educators and BCBAs, providing supervision and guidance grounded in research, real-world application, and a foundation of hope and encouragement.
